How to fall asleep Quickly
Of late I have been reading a large number of books on effective sleep and sleeping habits and also experimenting with the suggessions i got. Following are effective suggessions for falling asleep quicky:-
Suggessions
1. Do a little meditation just before sleep.
2. Read a boring book or hear some soft music.
3. Visualize black color(or no color) in the mind.
4. Drink milk just before sleep.
While in the bed close your eyes after switching off the lights and think that i will not sleep tonight. Yes, think again. “I will not sleep tonight”. Think of it continuously. It will not take more than 5 minutes before you fall asleep but don’t count the time.
The principle which works here may be debatable but one thing is sure that you will defeinitely have a sound sleep. Try it out and let me know folks !
